I hope that everyone has had a wonderful summer. I am thrilled to be directing Clubhouse Ministries this year and look forward to having your children enrolled in the program. This year, we will be implementing a new reward program for the children. This new program involves "Praise Points". For those of you who have been involved in Clubhouse in the past, Praise Points works similarly to "Bible Bucks." In other words, children will receive Praise Points for memorizing verses and other important aspects of God's Holy Word. Each night of the program, the teachers will determine which child has earned the most Praise Points in their class for that evening. In addition, the kids can earn Praise Points by bringing friends to Clubhouse, and by wearing their Clubhouse t-shirt and bringing their Bible. On the reverse side, you will find a list of what the children can earn Praise Points for.

Clubhouse Dues and T-Shirts
To earn Clubhouse t-shirts, a child must pay their dues, (which are $8.00 per child), memorize their pledges, and attend class twice. Children 4-5 years will receive the yellow Friendship shirts, 1st through 4th graders will receive a green Discovery Club shirt, and 5th/6th graders will receive purple Champion shirts.

Discipline Procedures
1.) If a child is disrupting the class, they will be given a verbal warning.
2.) The second disturbance means suspension for an appropriate amount of time which will be determined by the teacher and me. Parents will be notified personally or by phone.
3.) After two suspensions, the child will lose their privilege of attending Clubhouse until the following September.

FYI: If Merrill Schools are cancelled, Clubhouse will also be cancelled! Should the need arise to cancel Clubhouse after the school day has ended, the teachers and myself will do our best to notify you by phone.

*Clubhouse Ministries is for children 4 years old through the 6th grade. For liability reasons, please do not allow children to arrive prior to 6:45 p.m. Thank you!
